Ubisoft swipes domains for Assassin's Creed Utopia, Assassin's Creed 3: Rise, Watch Dogs 2

Unannounced DLC packs and routine "land grabs", or something bigger?

In what could be hints as to future games or digital content, Ubisoft has snapped up 30 game-flavoured domain names. The list covers loads for promising new IP Watch Dogs, as well as domains for Rabbids Land, Just Dance Disney Party and Assassin's Creed Utopia and Assassin's Creed 3: Rise.

Thanks to Fusible for the spot. The Watch Dog registrations suggest that Ubisoft envisages up to four sequels for its amazing cyberpunk noir project. As for the Assassin's Creed stuff, new Assassin's Creed 3 DLC packs or cross-property content like TV miniseries are among the possibilties. Keep an (eagle) eye out.

This is probably just some over enthusiastic insurance on Ubisoft's part, but it does at least show they really think Watch Dogs has legs. We agree. Go on, watch the trailer again.
