Having put the Kinect-exclusive Gunsmith mode and co-op campaign through the publicity wringer, Ubisoft's moved onto Ghost Recon: Future Soldier's competitive multiplayer. Here's a four minute video with commentary from creative director Tommy Jacob.
The jury's still out on the new Ghost Recon, as far as we're concerned. There's little trace right now of the weighty choice element offered by previous campaigns. Having said that, the multiplayer looks rather hot, thanks to new intel and suppression mechanics.
Ubisoft PR chap Matt Benson has said that Future Soldier will target the needs of both newcomers and franchise veterans, but has admitted that "you're never going to keep hardcore fans happy".
