Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City - 30 minute gameplay video

Capcom puts Slant Six's gunplay chops to use in new video

About to take your lunch break? Worried you might have to spend it talking to other human beings rather than staring glassily at a screen, munching mechanically? Fear not, for we come bearing Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City gameplay footage. Rather a lot of gameplay footage, actually.

The video quality isn't brilliant, but you should come away with a sense of how the new shooter - and it's very definitely a shooter, not a survival horror game - handles. Developer Slant Six has said it wants to make a more "imagination-based" game than the SOCOM shooters the studio is known for, and that Capcom isn't looking for a "conventional" Resident Evil experience either.
